Leadership
Azim Essak
Founder
Azim Essak has over eight years experience across a number of financial disciplines; investing, restructuring, (financial and operational), M&A, turnaround, transformation, value creation, tax, valuation, due diligence, commercial strategy and corporate finance. He has advised corporates, financial institutions, private equity houses and governments globally. He also held the position of a Non Executive Director at an education not for profit organisation.
He holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from De Montfort University and a Masters in Finance from London Business School. He is also a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI).
Asif Essak
Head of Research
Asif Essak is a Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Leicester where he has carried out research projects focusing on population dynamics, mass extinctions, and climate modeling. His work employs novel modeling approaches to address these complex ecological and environmental challenges. He has also published in some of the most prominent mathematical and scientific journals.
He holds a Bsc and Msc in Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Leicester.
Wasim Essak
Chief Operating Officr
Wasim Essak has industry experience in the engineering sector, utilising his background in electrical engineering specialties to provide leading technical developments and solutions. He also has a strong research background where he worked on modelling complex electrical power systems and analysis of various other electrical designs. He has a proven ability to bridge the gap between technical achievements and application projects.
He holds an MEng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Leicester.
Zakir Essak
Research Assistant
Zakir Essak has experience in engineering industries and has a deep passion for scientific and technology applications. With a varied list of research experience, he is looking to make advancements in the semiconductor industry.
He holds an BEng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Loughborough University and a MSc in Advanced Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
